What Goes in Your Bag
Send the everyday, machine-washable laundry you'd normally wash at home: clothes, pajamas, workout gear and towels. Your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's. It's washed with Tide, or with scent-free, hypoallergenic Free & Gentle at no extra charge, and folded wardrobe-style.
- Before pickup: empty pockets, close zippers and send everything dry.
- Delicates: put machine-washable delicates in a mesh bag inside your main bag and add your preferences to your account.
- Stains: put heavily stained items in a small clear bag with a note about the stain. We'll treat it, but we can't guarantee it all comes out.
- Please don't send: dry-clean-only or hand-wash-only items, leather, suede, rugs, bathmats, anything heavily soiled with oil, grease or chemicals, or anything exposed to pests.
- Bedding: comforters, quilts and blankets don't go in standard bags. The Large subscription includes matching sheets and pillowcases plus one heavy bulk item per turnaround.
