What Goes in Your Bag
Send the everyday, machine-washable laundry you'd normally wash at home: clothes, pajamas, workout gear and towels. Your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's. It's washed with Tide, or with scent-free, hypoallergenic Free & Gentle at no extra charge, and folded wardrobe-style.
- Before pickup: empty pockets, close zippers and send everything dry.
- Delicates: put machine-washable delicates in a mesh bag inside your main bag and add your preferences to your account.
- Stains: put heavily stained items in a small clear bag with a note about the stain. We'll treat it, but we can't guarantee it all comes out.
- Please don't send: dry-clean-only or hand-wash-only items, leather, suede, rugs, bathmats, anything heavily soiled with oil, grease or chemicals, or anything exposed to pests.
- Bedding: comforters, quilts and blankets don't go in standard bags. The Large subscription includes matching sheets and pillowcases plus one heavy bulk item per turnaround.

Not in a standard bag. The Large subscription includes matching sheets and pillowcases plus one heavy bulk item, like a comforter, per turnaround.
What if we're away for a few weeks?
Pause your subscription anytime and pick it back up when you're home. You can also change or cancel whenever you like.
How does delivery work in rain or snow?
Clean orders get an extra plastic bag in rain or snow. If severe weather makes driving unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule for the next safe window.
