Where We Pick Up in Rochester Hills
FreshFold serves Rochester Hills, including households around the Adams Road, Hamlin Road, and Walton Boulevard areas. Confirm availability using your full address when booking; a road name or nearby landmark alone doesn't establish your pickup location.
Rochester Hills is separate from the City of Rochester, and service is offered in both communities. If your mailing address uses Rochester, enter all address details so the team can place the order correctly.
For a subdivision home, describe the porch, garage-side entry, or other agreed pickup spot. Condo and apartment customers should provide building and unit numbers, gate information where applicable, and any rules affecting access. Choose a sheltered location with the team before collection day.
Build a Laundry Routine Around What You Actually Need
Before choosing a plan, think about what fills your baskets most often. A household sending everyday outfits and towels may need a different bag size from one sending a smaller weekly batch.
A one-time order lets you try the service or get through an unusually busy stretch. Monthly plans include four bag turnarounds per billing cycle. Review the current scheduling, cancellation, and unused-pickup terms before subscribing so the plan fits your routine.
Pickup and delivery take place Monday through Friday. Available dates and the return timing for your order are confirmed through scheduling.

Care Choices for Your Household's Laundry
FreshFold washes customer orders separately and offers two detergent choices: Tide or scent-free Free & Gentle at no additional charge. Add your selection and any handling preferences before collection.
Everyday machine-washable garments and towels belong in a standard wash-and-fold order. Keep wet items out of the bag, remove objects from pockets, and fasten zippers to reduce snagging. Machine-washable delicates should be contained in a mesh bag.
Sheets and bulky bedding require a closer look at your selected service. Comforters, quilts, and blankets are excluded from standard bags. The Large subscription has specific bedding inclusions; review those terms before packing rather than assuming every household textile is covered.
FreshFold is insured and bonded for pickup, transit, and care. If you have a question about a particular garment, call before sending it.
Commercial Laundry in Rochester Hills
Businesses can also ask FreshFold about service for washable linens, towels, and uniforms. Start with a description of the textiles, expected volume, and required cleaning frequency. The team can discuss suitability and prepare a custom commercial quote.
