Rochester Coverage and Your Pickup Address
This page covers the City of Rochester, including homes near downtown's Main Street and University Drive area. Rochester and Rochester Hills are separate cities, and FreshFold offers service in both. Use your complete street address when booking so the team can confirm the correct pickup location and available dates.
For a downtown apartment, upper-floor unit, or home with a side entrance, clear directions help prevent confusion. Include the building name if applicable, your unit number, and the specific entrance or agreed collection spot. If parking or access is restricted, discuss that with the team before your first order.
Your First Order, From Signup to Return
Start by creating an account online or calling Marty for help. Choose a bag size and detergent preference, then arrange your first collection. FreshFold supplies a reusable laundry bag in advance, so leave time for its delivery before your pickup date.
Once your bag is ready, place it at the agreed location. The team handles the washing, drying, and folding, then returns the completed order. Your laundry is processed separately from other customers’ items.
Collections and deliveries run Monday through Friday. Check your confirmed return date rather than assuming a weekend delivery, and review the booking calendar for holiday availability.
Helpful Preparation for Clothes That Need Attention
You don't need to spend your evening separating a whole week's whites and darks; FreshFold handles sorting. Do take a moment to check care labels and empty pockets before sending your clothes.
Machine-washable delicates should go inside a mesh bag within your main laundry bag. Add handling preferences to your account. Dry-clean-only and hand-wash-only pieces need a different service and should stay out of the bag.
For a heavily stained garment, use a separate small clear bag and include a note about what caused the mark. That gives the team useful information for treatment, although some stains may remain.
Choose Tide or the scent-free Free & Gentle detergent option when booking. There is no extra charge for the scent-free choice.
Flexible Wash and Fold for Rochester Households
Use a one-time order to catch up on everyday clothing and towels, or consider a monthly subscription if you want regular laundry help. Bag sizes have different allowances, so compare the options with the amount of laundry your household normally produces.
Bulky bedding has separate rules. Standard bags exclude comforters, quilts, and blankets; check the available bedding arrangements before sending those items.

Questions About Rochester Pickup
My mailing address says Rochester. Does that confirm coverage?
The full street address is the best starting point. Enter it during booking or call the team to confirm service and scheduling for your specific home.
Do I have to buy my own laundry bag first?
No. FreshFold provides a reusable bag before your first collection. Arrange the initial setup early enough for the bag to arrive.
Can I book with a person instead of setting up online?
Yes. Call Marty at (586) 300-2321 for help getting started.
