Where We Pick Up in Troy
FreshFold serves Troy households, including neighborhoods near Big Beaver Road and the Crooks Road and Coolidge Highway corridors. Use your complete home address to confirm availability and see which pickup dates can be booked.
If you live in an apartment or condo, add your building and unit numbers along with entry instructions. A street address alone may not tell the driver which entrance to use. For gated access, shared lobbies, or buildings with delivery restrictions, contact the team to agree on an accessible pickup point.
Service runs Monday through Friday. Check your order's return date during booking, particularly when scheduling near a weekend or holiday.
Plan a Pickup Without Planning Your Day Around the Washer
Create your account, choose a bag size, and select your detergent preference. FreshFold arranges delivery of a reusable laundry bag before your first collection. Once service is set up, fill the bag and place it at the agreed spot for pickup.
Your clothing is washed separately from other customers’ orders, dried, and folded before it comes back to you. If an item needs special attention, add a note before pickup rather than leaving the team to guess.
For a one-time catch-up, choose an individual order. For ongoing help, review the monthly plans and their current terms. You can compare the options without committing to a subscription first.

What to Send From Your Weekly Laundry
Standard wash and fold covers everyday machine-washable clothing and towels. Check the care labels on office clothing, sweaters, and other pieces that may require dry cleaning or hand washing; those items should not go in a standard bag.
Choose Tide or scent-free Free & Gentle detergent at no extra charge. Machine-washable delicates can go in a mesh bag inside your main bag, with preferences noted in your account.
Empty pockets before pickup and keep damp items out. For heavily stained clothing, place the item in a small clear bag with a note describing the stain. Treatment may help, but complete removal cannot be promised.
Bulky comforters, quilts, and blankets have separate service rules and are excluded from standard bags. Check the bedding options before adding them to an order.
A Laundry Contact for Troy Businesses
If your team is spending time washing towels, uniforms, or linens, ask FreshFold about commercial service. Discuss the type of textile, weekly quantity, and how much clean inventory you need between collections so the quote reflects the actual workload.
Commercial pricing is separate from residential bag plans. Call (586) 300-2321 for a custom quote and to confirm that the service fits your business's requirements.
Troy Laundry Service Questions
Can I book after a trip without starting regular service?
Yes. One-time wash-and-fold orders are available for post-travel laundry or any other occasional need.
Do I need to meet the driver personally?
You can arrange an accessible pickup spot with the team. Confirm your location and any building access requirements before collection rather than assuming a driver can enter a locked property.
Can work shirts go in my laundry bag?
Machine-washable shirts can be included. Check each care label first; dry-clean-only pieces and garments requiring hand washing should be kept out of standard wash and fold.
