No! Most of our customers prefer “contactless” service. Just leave your laundry in a secure, designated spot (like your front porch, behind a gate) and let us know where to find it in your order notes. We will be in communications along the way via text, reminding you to make sure you place your laundry bag on the designated spot for pickup and another when the folded clothes are safely back at your door.

Absolutely not. We prioritize hygiene and care. Your laundry is never mixed with another customer’s items. Each order is processed individually in its own dedicated machines throughout the entire washing and drying cycle to ensure total separation and quality control.

We offer two convenient options to fit your schedule:

• Standard Service: 24-hour turnaround. Items picked up today are delivered fresh and folded by the afternoon tomorrow.
• Express Service: Same-day delivery. If you schedule your pickup by 11a, we will have your laundry back to you by the evening.

We charge a flat rate per small, medium, or large bag for standard clothing and daily basics.

Bedding items are priced separately as add-ons for a normal bag order. See laundry bag pricing above for bag prices, bedding rates, and the limited-time offer.

• Small Bag (Up to 25lbs): Roughly 2-3 standard loads. Perfect for a single professional or a laundry catch-up after a few busy days.
• Medium Bag (Up to 45lbs): Roughly 4-5 standard loads. The sweet spot for couples or small families weekly wash.
• Large Bag (50lbs-70lbs): Roughly 7-9 standard loads. Handles the entire household's laundry in one go.

Think of it this way: If it’s an item you would normally wash or dry in your machines at home, it belongs in the bag! This includes:

• Everyday Wear: T-shirts, polos, jeans, shorts, and casual button-downs.
• Children & Kids Clothing: Onesies, play clothing, school uniforms, and pajamas. (We love helping busy parents clear the laundry mountain!)
• Athletic Gear: Gym shorts, leggings, moisture-wicking tops, and yoga pants.
• Undergarments: Socks, underwear, and delicate base layers.
• Daily Basics: Hoodies, sweatshirts, cotton dresses, bath towels, and hand towels.
• Washable Delicates: Machine-safe delicate garments, lacy undergarments, or premium athleisure.
• Towels: Wash clothes, bath towels, pillowcases and bed sheets. 

• Dry Clean Only: Suits, blazers, silk, or structured wool coats.
• Heavy Household Items: Rugs and bathmats.
• Leather & Suede: These require specialized cleaning processes we do not currently offer.
• Hazardous Materials: Items heavily soiled with oil, grease, or chemicals, or exposed to pests such as bed bugs.

Note: Large bulky bedding items, like premium comforters and blankets, are to be placed next to or on top of your laundry bag on pickup day and booked as bedding add-ons.

Leave the sorting to us! We professionally separate your whites and darks to ensure every garment stays looking its best. To make your experience seamless, we provide custom-branded laundry bags based on the service size your select. Once you sign up, we will drop off your specific bags in advance of your first scheduled pickup. No need to hunt for a bag-just fill yours up and we’ll handle the rest!

We treat your wardrobe with the utmost care and precision. For your peace of mind, our service is fully insured to cover your garments from the moment we pick them up, throughout the cleaning process, and until they are safely back at your door. In the rare event that an item is damaged or misplaced while in our care, we provide a streamlined claims process for reimbursement or credit. Please notify us of any concerns via telephone and or email within 24 hours of delivery.

(Note: to protect your clothing, we kindly ask that you double-check all pockets before your pickup, as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by items left inside, such as pens, lip balms, or coins.)

We use Tide for a powerful clean that's tough on stains but gentle on your clothes. For those with sensitive skin, we also offer a Free & Gentle scent-free and hypoallergenic option at no extra charge. Simply select your preference when scheduling your pickup!

Click “Schedule A Pickup Today,” enter your address, select your bag size and pickup date, and add any eligible bedding items at checkout. You can also call Marty at (586) 300-2321 for help booking. We deliver your branded bag before your first pickup; please allow at least 24 hours for setup.

• Check Pockets: Please remove all items like pens, lip balm, coins, or receipts. While we do a quick external check for safety, we are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
• Fasten Closures: Close all zippers, snaps, and buttons to prevent snagging or tangling during the wash cycle.
• Check for Repairs: Look for loose buttons or small tears. If you notice any, please let us know so we can handle the garments with extra care.
• Dry items only: Please do not include damp or wet items (like wet towels) in your bag, as this can lead to mildew and odors before we reach our facility.

We do our best to remove every stain! For the best success, please place any heavily stained items in a separate, small clear bag within your main laundry bag and include a quick note about the type of stain (red wine or grass). While we are highly successful at stain removal, we cannot guarantee 100% removal for all fabric types.

Because we use high-capacity professional machines, we recommend that items requiring hand-washing or dry cleaning not be included in your standard wash-and-fold bags. For machine-washable delicates, we suggest placing them in a small mesh laundry bag within your main bag and specifying in your profile preferences.

Your clothes safety is our priority. If it is raining or snowing, we will “double bag” your clean laundry in protective plastic to ensure it stays dry. If the weather is severe (like a blizzard) and unsafe for our drivers, we will contact you immediately to reschedule for the next available safe window.

If a holiday falls on one of your scheduled service days, please check our online booking calendar. If a specific date is blocked off, our team is observing the holiday and will not be performing pickups or deliveries that day.

In these instances, we will automatically resume service on the next business day not blocked off. Please note that your delivery day will shift by one business day to allow our team the necessary time to provide our signature FreshFold quality.

Yes! We love washing bulky bedding. Since down comforters and large blankets require dedicated, high-capacity commercial machines to wash and dry properly, they are treated as an add-on service to your standard bag order. See our pricing section above for current bedding rates. 

No. To keep our delivery services completely free and efficient for our local routes, all specialty bedding and household items can only be processed when paired with a small, medium, or large FreshFold clothing bag order.
